The Project
Diggama is a B2B SaaS (Headless CMS / Content Platform) already in production, with a working product and first customers live.
The project is incubated within the QuiverFunds program, led by Garan.
Objective: structure acquisition, build a real GTM strategy, and scale revenue.
The Role
You join the project as a Founder.
You fully own Growth / Go-To-Market / Revenue.
Responsibilities
- Define the GTM strategy (ICP, positioning, pricing, channels)
- Launch and scale outbound & inbound acquisition
- Structure the funnel (MQL → SQL → Revenue)
- Build growth & sales processes
- Test, automate, iterate, and scale
- You decide, you execute, you own the results

- Proven experience in B2B Growth / GTM / Sales
- Comfortable with outbound, automation, and funnel structuring
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution

- Desire to truly own a product
- Background matters less than the ability to execute and scale
Compensation
- No salary
